I think they should have dumped much of it, especially Bruce having a son and the resurrected Jason Todd. Scott Snyder was doing a pretty good job on the BATMAN title, but it got off track when the Court of Owls storyline (which was initially pretty interesting) became a multi-title 'event'. The character that I used to enjoy is long gone. I think the last solid run on the title that I enjoyed was the Doug Moench/ Kelly Jones issues. <br /><br />I was hoping that the New 52 would fix all that was wrong with Batman.
