Thanks, Tony, for your recommendations. I don't know if you've yet watched Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle (now on Netflix) but I did find it an improvement over the first of the three Godzilla anime films and I'm looking forward to the conclusion. After 20,000 years, Mechagodzilla appears in a radically different form than the one we are used to.
