BLACK LIGHTNING: COLD DEAD HANDS #1 goes on sale next week. If your customers would like signed copies, you can send them to me and I'll sign them free of charge.
Here's how it works:
Send the books to me at Tony Isabella, 840 Damon Drive, Medina, OH 44256.
Include instructions on where the comics should be signed (cover or interior) and if they should be personalized.
Include prepaid return packaging. That way I can sign the comics, box them up and get them back in the mail as quickly as possible.
Black Lightning is important to readers and to me personally. I want this six-issue series to be a huge success because that will allow me to write more Black Lightning comics.
If this works out, I'll open this program up to any Isabella-written comics and books you want signed. Same deal as above.
I know how hard comic-book shop owners and staff work. I owned and operate a comic-book store in downtown Cleveland for 12 years. I know the job has gotten more difficult since then. I want you to succeed because your success means more success for the comics industry and for me personally.

Can't wait to read the new Black Lightning ...I hope the TV show runs a long time. I hope you get residues from DVD's, BLU-RAY's and merchandise. You deserve it.
ReplyDeleteThe first issue was awesome! I as a fan but not a fanatic of yours back in the day. I was always glad to see your credit but I didn't follow you to a book unless I already had a thing for the book. Now? I think my tastes must have improved since back in the day 'cause based on Black lightning Cold Dead Hands #1 if I see your name on a book I'll sample the series even if the concept doesn't appeal...
